Hello ,

Knowledge articles are not searchable on Service portal. Knowledge articles are available on portal but we are not able to search it.

@Community Alums Looks like the search sources for knowledge article is not configured on your Service Portal. I recommend reading this article https://www.servicenow.com/community/now-platform-blog/introduction-to-search-sources-in-service-portal/ba-p/2282892 to know the steps to configure a search source on Service Portal.

I checked the article. We have already configured the Search sources also checked the related list of portal record.
