Knowledge articles in are filtered by keywords in the link clicked

Hi servicenow developers,
I need help related to knowledge articles in service portal
In our service portal, we have links which direct to a facet which has knowledge articles
But when we click the link, knowledge articles are filtered by unwanted filters. Therefore only articles which has that keyword in the topic or content are shown. we want to avoid this
For examples when I click the 'research KBs' link, the articles are filtered by the word 'research'
Where can I find how the keyword being set for facet? It seems like it's a contextual search and I want to remove it
