Knowledge Articles not showing on portal

Hi everyone, for some reason the articles that are being created and publioshed are not showing on the portal, I dont know if its a problem with the knowledge bases, with the article templates or something else ... can wnyone help with this ?

Hi,
Have you set those specific Knowledge Bases to be shown on your portal? If you navigate using left-hand nav to Portals and then select the portal in question, then scroll down to the bottom...do you have knowledge bases set there? If not, please add them, then check again for published articles.
Otherwise, if the Knowledge Base(s) are listed there, then check the can read user criteria for those KBs to see if the user you're checking as has correct permission.

Yeah, all the knowledge bases and their categories show on the portal, its just the articles that are not showing

Ok, thanks for checking.
If that's the case, then as mentioned above, check the can read permission for the knowledge base(s) and also ensure that the articles have a workflow stage of "Published". Check that they are really published and for those knowledge bases in question, consider checking category, etc.

Yeah right now all the knowledge bases that are there have the "User Criteria" "Any user" and the articles are in the "Published" stage
