Knowledge Articles not showing on portal

Hi everyone, for some reason the articles that are being created and publioshed are not showing on the portal, I dont know if its a problem with the knowledge bases, with the article templates or something else ... can wnyone help with this ?

I have a similar issue and I have checked cxs_res_context_config table and have 1 record as HR Knowledge Article and have value in to refer's to Human Resource knowledge base. But If I see on the portal I am able to get results of Knowledge Base with Human Resource knowledge base, Knowledge, IT and some other and also at the same time their are few Knowledge bases I am not able to see. Could you please help me on this.
