Knowledge Base - How to remove attachments from search results

Hello,
In our knowledge base, we have several articles that have attachments. Currently, when someone searches the knowledge base and the articles have attachments, the contents from the attachments are returned in the search results making a lot of the results irrelevant.
Is there any way I can exclude attachments from search results?

I've completed further tests on this, and it seems i'm only getting results with attachments when creating those articles using the standard template (those located in kb_knowledge). I've created articles with attachments using the other templates and they do not appear in search yields. I've applied the changes suggested and the index regeneration process on all relevant tables.
Not sure why this isnt working for standard articles.

Hi All - I appreciate this thread is slightly old but I have been given a solution to the above issue. I was informed that you need to adjust the same settings in Text Index Configuration, on the kb_knowledge table. This overwrites any setting changes in the data dictionary for the knowledge table.
