Hi all,
I have a doubt regarding portal knowledge base. When I am migrating knowledge base after creating a meta data snapshot it shows me error that sys_id doesn't exist even though I have captured it manually. I have also checked the xml file for the issue but the sys_id exists there as well.

I don't have screenshot at the moment as for emergency purpose i had to accept the remote updates
