Hi @Juhi Jha ,

Verify Correct Plugin Installation

  • Confirm Plugin Version:
There are multiple related plugins (such as "ITSM Mobile" and "ITSM Mobile Agent"); ensure you have installed the ITSM Mobile Agent plugin from the ServiceNow Store, not the older "ITSM Mobile" plugin. The new plugin's name is typically com.sn_itsm_mobile_agent.

  • Check Plugin Activation:
Go to System Definition > Plugins, search for ITSM Mobile Agent, and verify its status is "Active".

The module is only visible to users with specific roles (e.g., sn_itsm_mobile.agent or other ITSM fulfilling roles). Ensure your user account has these roles assigned.

Check Plugin Dependencies:
The ITSM Mobile Agent plugin may require other supporting plugins (like “Now Mobile”) to be enabled for full functionality.

Menu Filtering:
If application or module filtering is active, modules may be hidden based on user roles or application picker settings.

If you follow these steps and still cannot see the module, review ACLs, check for any customizations affecting application menus, and ensure all prerequisites/plugins are active.

If the Application Menu is Hidden

The module might be under an application menu that's not visible.

  • Fix:  Check sys_app_application.list to ensure the menu is active and accessible.

If it's a Display Glitch

Sometimes a simple cache clear is all it takes.

  • Fix: Type cache.do in the filter navigator and hit Enter.

It can be plugin installation issue as well try reparing the plugin.

Mark correct and helpful, if it helps.

Hi @Juhi Jha

Do you have the specific role required to see this module? And did you activate all the necessary plugins? By default (OOTB), the Now Agent module doesn’t come pre-enabled, so you need to activate the plugin manually
