I created an incorrect policy template in ServiceNow while executing a task. So, with elevated role I deleted the template and now trying to create another policy template for my task validation. It says to choose another name because the template name exist. How to fix it. I need to use the same name for task validation.
Here is the task :-
Instructions: Your customer requires all policy knowledge articles use the same, pre-defined template.
1. Create a knowledge article template named 'Policy'.
2. Add three, HTML article template fields with the following order:
-Overview
-Purpose
-Policy details
