Video embedded in knowledge article is not visible for non-itil users but itil users are able to see it.Incase of multiple videos embedded in an article, issue is observed.

 when clicked on article, videos are displayed like above.

Hello @Piyush_Kolhe,

Are those videos coming from sys_attachment table? If so, could you please validate the ACLs? if the non-itil users has the necessary accesses to read from sys_attachment table.
