Hi ALL,
I need help there field in KB Article called Valid To if I need to change the value then behind there is script include running
I do have question below :
- if I remove from the dictionary entry "Default value" valid to the field, then would it impact it during the upgrade or not? Is it customization or configuration?
- if I removed and updated the new script inclusion, would that be fine from the best practices point of view?
- how to we can set value Valid to field " after 1 year time from now as a default value ?

Hi @jaiho_rai,
In short, the default 'Valid to date' of an article is based on the value in the "Article Validity" field of the Knowledge base, or set to 2100-01-01 if empty.
Simply navigate to the Knowledge base the article is under and update the "Article Validity" field with 365 (number of days the article is valid for) and job done.
You will not need to worry about your questions 1 through 3 ; )
