Lab Instance is not tied to course

In Micro-Certification - Welcome to ServiceNow

 

First lesson:  I went through all the steps called for but result is not seen by the course page.  Thje following pictures shows what i did and the failed result.  I think I mangled the instance and course page. I tried recreating them, but the old ones just reappeared

The error appears to be the course page cannot see the instance

This one was tricky.  You are updating the Display options.  That toggle is in a different spot.  If you back up, then go into Accessibility, the toggle you are looking for is on the top left.

Indeed, that is the mistake I was making.  I was relieved to learn the error was mine, believe it not.  I had been thinking the problem was within "validate task" process.  That had me worried.

Glad it helped!  There’s a lot of idiosyncrasies.  When I started, I was trying to do the labs on mobile. Many differences between mobile and desktop instances. Cheers!!
