I have requested lab but redirected me to this page instead of backend UI. Any idea what is happening?

It looks more like a mobile/tablet view. Are you trying to access this lab instance via a tablet? If yes then please try accessing it through a browser on your desktop/laptop. Raising a now learning case if the issue remains

That looks like the mobile view. If you can't get around it, just close all your browsers, login again and open the lab again. If it's still not showing up correctly, release it and request a new one.
