What is the difference between Run script vs onBefore script in transform map?

Hi,

To my knowledge 'Run script' is a useless field. Whatever you can do in Run script, same thing can be done in obbefore script. Even if I consider the precedence, onBefore runs before the run script.

Let me know if my understanding is wrong. 

Or if there a reason why Run script is available, do let me know. Thanks in advance!!!
