Lab instance issue

I have requested lab but redirected me to this page instead of backend UI. Any idea what is happening?

It looks more like a mobile/tablet view. Are you trying to access this lab instance via a tablet? If yes then please try accessing it through a browser on your desktop/laptop. Raising a now learning case if the issue remains

Hi,

It looks like mobile view. It's better to open lab instances in desktop browser. And if any issues still persist, raise a case in Now Learning Help Center.
