I'm dealing with an LDAP integration on my instance, but it's not working properly. The fields that should be updating haven't been updated in a long time, and nothing has changed in that interval.
The MID Server is working, the codes are the ServiceNow standard, but not all attributes come from AD.
Has anyone encountered this before? Do you know how I can solve it and what's causing it?
Thank you!

Hi @renatasanto
Please ensure the required LDAP attributes are included in the Attributes field of the LDAP Server record. Also review the LDAP OU Definitions, as the associated data source connects to a transform map that handles field mappings and transform scripts.
Only attributes included in the transform map will be reflected in ServiceNow.
You can also use the Browse option under Related Links in both the LDAP Server and LDAP OU Definition records to view LDAP directories directly from ServiceNow.

so you want to bring extra AD attributes and map it with target fields?
