License metric field is empty for some PPN in servicenow content library

Hi All,

 

I am trying to create an entitlement using the PPN. I can see that the PPN is available in the ServiceNow content library; however, the License Metric field is empty for this specific PPN. Since the license metric is a mandatory field, I am unable to proceed with entitlement creation.

Does anyone know why we have records with an empty license metric?

Could you please check that the Content Library is updated with the latest data and that all jobs and configurations are fine?
