We have multiple flows in ServiceNow ITSM but in ServiceNow HRSD, we have life cycle events. That is kind of flow which enables you to automate the fulfillment process for HR cases for example (New hire onboarding process). Life cycle events having different activity sets which have different task consist of different departments. You must configure all the supporting documents in order to configure the life cycle events, you can configure the different HR services based on life cycle events.
