We upgraded our instance recently, and after that the lifecycle event cases generated are creating activities under certain activity sets even though those activity set conditions are not satisfied. The weirder thing is the activity set execution for those cases is stating the activity set in cancelled state, but tasks are being created. It is triggering very randomly for certain cases and triggering random activity sets.
