Limit Application Scope for User

which role to assign to a user so they can see the drop down list to change applications(or restrict a user's scope to my application only)

And how to get my appliation in the drop down list where I can change my scope. Do I have to give developer permission to user, because when I assign a user delegated developer/admin role they are able to see the drop down list.

I want to restrict all suers scope to my application in the servicenow interface.

I know this is an old post but hopefully this will help someone with similar issue. I restricted my instance completely so users had little to no access to anything. I wanted to add a developer assigned the relevant roles but they couldn't see my app within studio (even with the correct roles assigned). I dug a little deeper and found another area where you can assign developers.

On the app record scroll down to related links, top link will allow you to assign specific users or groups.

You will now be able to customise access to your app.
