Link Custom Interactive Filter

Use Case:

I have 2 Custom Interactive Filters(Date Filter and Category Filter) using widget and ui macro.

The 2 filters are working fine but they are not working together.

Sample:

When I choose a date from Date Filter, the reports are displaying based from the date.

But when I choose from Category Filter, the reports are only displaying the categories and ignoring the Date filter, and vice versa.

How to link those 2 interactive filters?
