Hi All,
I have created one field named " incident number" on the interaction form. I want to populate incident number on that filed automatically.
If a user chat through virtual agent and ask for update of his incident then a interaction is created automatically. I want to Populate the incident number on that field named "incident number" on interaction form automatically when the interaction is crated through virtual agent.
Can anyone please help me on this.
