Hi all,
I have established a connection for MS teams integration for HRSD. Embedded portal and VA is working in MS Teams app. But the VA response with URL is not opening, eg, Record producer link, quick link, Links included in VA topic.
I have tried updating this property "sn_va_teams.view_non_video_msft_task_module" to both true and false. Its not working. If the Teams is opened in the Browser, the link is opening but not to right place, eg. Quick link opens in form view and not the external link provided in it. Same is working fine in VA of portal.
Any response with fix for this issue would be helpful.
