List choices are gone after deploying Application from studio

I have created an application and deployed it from Studio.  I went to my company applications on the test instance and it was there to install.  Application seemed to install with no problems.  When testing the solution All of the table elements with List type were missing all of their choice values.  I uninstalled and reinstalled the application with no luck on having it work.  This was a single table extended from Task.  Works perfectly on my developer instance.  Does anyone have any ideas or has run across this before? If so how did you fix?

Version Vancouver patch 4 hotfix1b on both instances

May be you need to upload the choices exceptionally via XML or excel load to sys_choice table? Did you try...
