Hi,
I have researched this and found two possible solutions, neither of which worked. I am trying to amend the information that displays below the List Collector when a record is selected, see green box in screen capture in attachment 'List Collector'.
The two solutions were:
1. Go to the table it's referring to and change the List Layout. This didn't work as the changes didn't reflect once saved.
2. The solution in this article: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0783678. This didn't work as I couldn't find the table the LC is referring to with a view of 'Reference List'.
Thanks in advance for your help.

I suggest you follow the steps in he knowledge article, and just simple create a new sys_ui_list record for the referenced table with view Reference List. That should do the trick.

Thank you Laszlo, this has worked. Just so I understand, will the information displayed through the elements in the new sys_ui_list record show for all List Collectors referring to this table?
Many thanks.

Yes, it will.
However I see there is a Relationship reference field, where you ca select an actual relationship record. I wonder if the sys_ui_list would only be applicable to that particular relationship then? I honestly don't know, but it would seem logical to me.
If you end up trying that out, please share with us 🙂
