I created a custom table and manually added the values but when I go to show the list collector in the catalog item form it is showing the sys_id and not the name.

checked the ACL of the custom table.

Can't figure this out !

Hi there,

Have you verified what the display value is for the target table? Is that set to a Name or Short Description or something, or is that just the Sys ID?

Also your image looks like it's all the same Sys IDs, can you confirm that? That might indicate an other issue.

If my answer helped you in any way, please then mark it as helpful.

Kind regards,
Mark

Hi,

you mean reference table, if yes, I have made the display value = true for one of the columns of the custom table, but still showing the sys_id instead of name.

Thank you,

Abhishek

I have verified most of the sys IDs and could see that they are different. now, I am able to get the value in the list collector type variable. but it's showing Sys ID below to the record instead we want to get all the columns and it's value.

instead it should show similar like this:

thank you,

Abhishek
