List collector shows sys_id of what was selected under available and the name shows under selected

So you can see here that sales outcome analytics was selected and submits the form.  Once you go back into the form there you will see the sys id of Sales outcome.

I understand the display value and it's set to display for Product.  My issue is once I make a selection it brings what I selected over to selected.  Once I submit the form and go back into it.  The sys id of what I selected now shows up under Available along with the name.  That sys id is the sys id of sales outcome analytics.

Try to check the product table if you have another entry with the sys_id you are seeing here.
