List collector variable display fields

I need to change the fields that are displayed when a list collector value is selected in the RITM or SCTask. In this example, the list collector is referencing the sys_user table, and I need to display some additional information about the user when they are selected.

How do I do that?

Hi kchorny,

Please visit  https://<yourinstance>.service-now.com/sys_user_list.do?sysparm_view=sys_ref_list

Then select the fields you need to add for this list, for example I will add Mobile Phone here

Please add fields as you need using this slash-bucket,

Then save changes

Now you'll be able to see changes.
