Hi everyone,
i am very new to servicenow and working on configuring the list layout,
For one CI class, i am facing issue like after configuring the list as an admin, the correct list is visible only to the admins.
When i am impersonating with the non-admin role, the changes are not getting reflected for their profile.
Can someone help me on this?
thanks

Hi Puchu,
Can you tell me how you actually did this. By Configuring List Layout or Personalize List layout.
Thank you,

Hi Puchu,
Check whether the ACL is preventing the user from viewing those fields
or
impersonate the user and click on the gear icon and click on "Reset to default" and then user will be able to view those fields.

Hi Puchu,
first of all go to the System UI then LIST and delete the entry corresponding to say any ITIL user for which you are testing (Only delete the incident table enteries if your testing on Incident table)
then as an admin go to list layout and set the values in the right bucket and then go to that ITIL user say incident list if you are testing on Incident list
It will work
Thanks
Ayush
