list of all fields and their definitions

I am trying to get a comprehensive list of all fields and their respective definitions/details I have scoured the internet without success and I think I may be asking the question wrong.   For example I need to understand the difference between "affected customer (u_affected_user)"   and "affected customer (u_affected_for)". Another example would be the definitions for Incident SLA and Incident metric? Any direction would be appreciated.

Navigate to the table "sys_documentation.list" and search for column hint. OOTB we have defined hints for most of the OOTB columns. That is the only place I can think of where you can get the info.
