list of users from a selected assignment group does not display members

Hello,

Any ideas of why the users from this "communication" group are not populating the options of users for the "assigned to" field?

I have checked the details of that group and can see there are 10 members:

I tried it with other groups, and it works correctly: I am able to assign task to one of the members of the selected group except for this one.

Hi @dev_K ,

The most probably issue is you have a filter that your users need the itil [or  role, and none of the users of the group have the role, you can verify looking for the dictionary on the field:

Hi @dev_K , 

Check the "assigned to" column as table level, if there is any ref qual filter condition applied. 
This group ( not working ) and other group ( working ) should have at least one role in common.
