List over user and subscriptions?

Hello, we have a large userbase that has subscription and i need to see what is giving them this subscription. So i wanted a list over users that has say "subscription1" so i can see what role they have that gives them this subscription.

I’m not sure if it will generate the exact report you looking for, but ServiceNow provides Subscription Management as a Store App.
