VIP caller is not visible under list view of SOW on home page under 'Incidents assigned to you'

Hello,
We are able to see VIP callers highlighted with a star when viewing incidents in the list view within Service Operations Workspace (SOW). However, this highlighting does not appear in the list view on the SOW home page under "Incidents assigned to you", even though the Highlighted Value Condition has been configured.
Is there a way to enable VIP caller highlighting (star indicator) in the "Incidents assigned to you" section on the SOW home page? Alternatively, is there another approach to visually distinguish VIP callers in this view?

Try to repair or update the SOW plugin once,, clear cache.do
