List report in priority

I created a simple report and everything works as intended besides the priority order. When I run the report, the priority should be listed in order of a -z or z-a but it is not. What did I do wrong with this report 

 

sort is priority  a-z

I can see there is no result for the condition you added, so it will not sort.

Let me rephrase my question as I did not word it right, it is sorting but I have a breakdown source where I also want it to sort on the drop down. Basically when I select the drop down, its not sorted in priority
