Live Agent Chat Queue going to one person at a time. Can we send to all?

So we created a live agent queue. From my understanding the queue has to tied to a Assignment Eligibility  record for it to go to the appropriate group. 

 

Currently 

It will go to the first agent if they reject or timeout it goes to the next. 

 

Our desired outcome 

  If we have 3 live agents available and a chat comes in, we want all the agents to be able to see it come in at the same time. Then if an agent accepts it they get it. If they rejected it then it goes away from the queue and nobody else sees it. Almost like how group approvals work where it doesn't go to each approver 1 at a time. 

 

Is what we are looking for possible?

I am not expert here, but i think this is what It will go to the first agent if they reject or timeout it goes to the next.  ,  is expected behaviour and configuration.

Hi @johansec ,

 

According to my knowledge then what you're trying to achieve is not possible. It's about capacity. It's not possible to show the chat for all agents at one time.
