Live Agent integration with multiple custom MS Teams Bot

Hi,

 

We are using the Virtual Agent API to connect one of our custom bots to live agents and that integration is handled by the " VA Bot to Bot " outbound rest message. Now we want to add another custom bot from the MS Teams to connect Live agents, but since the VA Bot to Bot only supports a single endpoint to respond back, is it possible to integrate multiple custom bots to live agents? 

 

All the bots are custom MS Teams bots, designed for different requirements but in the end, we want them to connect users to live agents. 

 

I have found this document

But things mentioned there are somehow missing in our environment like it says "In General Settings under Channels and integrations, click View All" but there isn't a option like that. It is only showing channels -> view all.
