Hi,
I'd love to help! How do I add an assignment role to each new incident that I then open in the aasignt group There will automatically be a group called the "Support Center" This group already exists

Hi @yardenKrispel ,
Look into the assignment rule under "routing and Assignment".
Here you can create an assignment rule based on defined criteria.
Example:
