Live chat agent weekdays and weekends

We would like to change the chat agent flow/route in the portal based on weekdays and weekends.

on weekdays, whenever a user clicks on chat agent icon, they can straight speak/chat with agent without going through suggestions or chat topics , but on weekends, we want to activate the chatbot/chat topics because agents won't be available on weekends. so users can raise an incident/request or get suggestions from chat agent when agents are not available.

 

We managed to do the first bit: (straight they can chat with live agent during weekdays without going through topics).

but how can we activate the chatbot during weekends or when agents are not available?
