Live Chat - Translation missing

Hi. Where can I translate the message "Your expected wait time is about 1 minute"? I have added entries to the Messages but its still not translating:

Hello @SC4  adding an entry in the message table is the right approach, you did that.  The remaining possibilities are:

1)  the message key is different from the one you used -no way to know unless you have access to SN source code for Virtual agent. Also, note that the message has number which in all likelyhood is a variable which means the key will be something like,  "Your expected wait time is about {0} minute"

2) It is a bug, virtual agent is using a hard coded string instead of using strings from messages table. I'd give this a better than even odds.

I recommend opening a SN support ticket
