 I made a short research in my PDI, ootb i think you don't have these fields. Have you created custom fields?

Hi @Alex,

Yeah, that's ootb one, i try to create the custom fields but which is work notes, the filed is not populating when i am add any work notes in any tables.

Hi Deepika,

 

You need a mail script to GlideRecord sys_journal_entry for relevant record and then  use the mail script in the notification.

I can see your one more comment in community i tried that also...i tried below but it's something not working in live_notification table.

Can you please explain little bit more, How we can to Glide record for the work note field, i need to populate the work notes in live notification.
