Hi experts,
I've set up email notification for a specific record insert on incident table. Mails are shown in logs but not being delivered. I'm getting this error message while checking logs:
"Local address contains control or whitespace". I cross-checked the address and they are correct. Please suggest some workaround.

Hello Abhishek,
The problem is not with your instance. The problem might be somewhere in System Mailbox > Email Accounts > ServiceNow SMTP account record.
Please make sure that fields "User name" and "From" should have same value. I have seen users sometime making a mistake of updating "From" field value expecting it as a label which appears on received email in user's inbox.
In such cases, the generated email notification (outbound) is not processed by your smtp server and it remained unprocessed and mostly in ignored state.
