Local User ID create in ServiceNow Instance, But unable to login

I created a ServiceNow User locally, then set the(generate) password and saved it.

 

But still, the user is unable to log in to SN( I tried impersonating also). Any leads, please help

to impersonate a user need a ITIL role is required. End-user cant impersonate.

For testing, I am trying to impersonate. I am an admin, so I have access.

Concerns is:

I created a ServiceNow User locally, then set the(generate) password and saved it. I shared the user ID and password to User, User unable to login to SN.

Is the password correct?  Also, once the password is generated, click the save/update button on a user form.

I did the same: Generate the password --> Save Password -> Update button also clicked. Still no luck
