Multiple Dev Instances: Updates synchronization

Hello friends,

I am curious about how ServiceNow updates are synchronized in case of multiple teams working with dedicated development instance. In this, QA, Test/UAT and Production instances are shared but only dev instances are dedicated e.g. dev1, dev2, etc.

How do we ensure that changes made in dev1 and synched with other dev2 and dev3 instances without waiting for instance cloning from Production.

there is nothing OOTB available for this

the only option is to migrate them via update set to shared QA/Test instance and production

Thanks Ankur, how about replacement to Team Development Dashboard. It was forcing us to pull changes from shared instance before something new gets pushed. Any idea?
