Localization Requested Item didn't generating the Localization task

Hi Team , For  some Knowledge article while translating  ,Localization Requested Item didn't generating the Localization task and it is throwing the error 'Error while requesting translations.' , though languages are also active . Can someone help me on this as I am unable identify this issue. Thanks.

Screenshot 2026-02-25 225418.pngThis happens due to when "Enable Projects" is checked when we do request translation from backend list view it doesn't create a Localization Task it just creates Localization Requested Item.

 
 

Even if we don't enable it  will get enabled by default when we try to create a Project ID and create a Translate from Localization Workspace "Enable Project" will get updated to true again by default. That's why Localization Tasks will not get created when we try to do it from backend.
1. We can do either the translations from backend tables(Most utilized for singular articles/catalog items)
2. We can do translations from Localization Workspace(Bulk translations of articles)
3. We can only use either one option.
