Hi Team,

Please help me with this.

How to lock incidents from editing when other user has opened the same incident. This functionality is present for workflows by default. I want it for incidents.

Thanks,

Ramya

Hi Berny,

Thanks a lot. I tried first link, it solved my requirement.

That's Great Ramya.

Would you mind marking the response as correct so that we can close this thread?

Additionally, in case you haven't try Geneva yet... when you're within a record which is modified by another user while you had it open, then you will see a really cool blue icon next to the updated field and a tool tip on it will indicate the person which just did the change. Of course... the field will get updated in real-time in your form without you having to refresh it. Cool!! right?

Thanks,

Berny
