Locked out of PDI after enabling Account Recovery and Multi-Provider SSO

Hello,

I am using a Personal Developer Instance:

dev424530

Today I configured Microsoft Entra ID SAML SSO and enabled:

Account Recovery (ACR)
Multiple Provider SSO
Multi-Provider SSO debug logging
After this, I lost access to the local admin account.

I already used the ServiceNow Developer Portal to reset the instance admin password. The portal shows the new password successfully, but when I try to log in with:

admin

and the newly generated password, ServiceNow still returns:

“User name or password invalid”

I also tested in a new InPrivate/Incognito browser window.

The Entra ID Identity Provider is configured but is not yet active. SSO login currently returns:

“Redirect failed, please contact your administrator.”

The SSO debug log previously showed:

“SSO Provider not found or inActive at user record”

I do not want to use Reset and wipe instance, because I want to keep my current configuration.

Is there a supported way to recover local admin access or disable Account Recovery / glide.sso.acr.enabled from outside the instance?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.
