Log to show who has logged into our Support Portal

I want to run a report showing who's logged into our Support Portal. Where can I find that information? I don't want internal/fulfiller users that have logged into our internal SN instance, but where our customers (Contacts) login. I've tried the transaction log, but it doesn't seen to track all logins, and sometimes I'm seeing 10 entries for one login. So, it doesn't quite seem what I'm looking for.

Is it support portal or service portal? if it's support portal, then you can raise a Support case but if it's your service portal then, follow this blog:

It's where are customer's login to submit support cases and download knowledge, etc. So, I guess Service Portal.
