Logging changes via RITM (Request Item)

Hello, everyone.

I'm looking into allowing support staff to log changes using a RITM.

The RITM allows us to pick Normal or Emergency changes. However, Standard/Pre-approved is not accessible OOB. Just wondering if there's a reason why this isn't available OOB.
