If I have selected the wrong Forum, let me know who'd be better suited.
WE implemented Azure interface over a month ago and we have many incidents of "LOGOUT SUCCESSFUL". The Network side (AD & Azure) are pointing the fingers at SNOW. I am not convinced this is a SNOW issue.
- Users network profile email address in Azure doesn't match that of TIDSM User
- Azure's profile email address doesn't match that of AD
- Whether she attempts using either login, she and others get the unsuccessful LOGOUT SUCESSFUL message
Anyone else run into this during your interface with Azure?

Hey
I've seen this behavior before. It can be a mix of things, e.g. the Azure AD user is not configured appropriately, user is expired, user is locked out, and so on.
I'm going to assume that's already been controlled for, so the next thing I'd check is the "SSO Source" field on the user's sys_user record. I'd do a compare and contrast with a user having the issue vs. a user NOT having the issue.
Give that a check and let me know your results.
