Do we have a reference or documentation that lists all the Advanced Risk Assessment tables in ServiceNow including both the display names (like “Risk Assessment Methodology”) and the system table names (like sn_risk_advanced_ram, sn_risk_advanced_ara_assessment, etc.) ?
Please help, thanks!

At a high-level, earlier shared documentation link should provide Advanced Risk Assessment tables. In addition, please refer below links
https://store.servicenow.com/store/app/dae8e72e1be06a50a85b16db234bcbd1#linksAndDocuments
I have not checked this but you can also go to sys_db_object.LIST from Application Navigator and search for Name starts with 'sn_risk' to see related tables
