Hello all,

I am looking for clear steps, just high level on how to Automatically deploy and remove software using SCCM.

I see docs mentioning talking about SCCM spokes, MECM spokes, CSD plugin, other plugins etc. Not getting a clear clarity with the right steps to follow.

If anyone has implemented this solution of automatic software deployment and removal with combination of ServiceNow and SCCM, request you to share the details.

Thanks a lot in advance 🙂

Hello @Suggy

See if you are going to use SCCM spoke there are some flows which triggers an action towards SCCM which requires computer name and which application which needs to be instance on the machine, once data is provided when the flow is triggered then further deployment of application is taken care by sccm and it will return you response whether deployment is successful or not and further what process you need to setup in ServiceNow can be done by speaking with your process owner how they want to proceed.

We have implemented using CSD plugin which involve the connection with SCCM server which usually pulls in applications/configurations/deployments from sccm where we do map with application then showcase same as a catalog item over portal under one category and end user can just request the application which need to install/remove from their machines.

Also, as suggested by Atul speak with your account manager where he can try to arrange demo to see capabilities features.

If my response has helped you hit helpful button and if your concern is solved do mark my response as correct.

Thanks & Regards
